Biography
The DAF Entertainment Group has committed its direction and resources to becoming a leader in the Northern Virginia entertainment industry. Demographically focused on the metropolitan area, we have attracted a dedicated following on the East Coast from New York to North Carolina. A business born of necessity, The DAF Entertainment Group has crafted a unique formula of planning events and promoting entertainment including but not limited to Dance Venues, Fashion Shows, Jazz Concerts and Comedy Shows.

Its founder is Dale Anthony Foulkes and the group first hit the scene in April 1992. Dale, a former club DJ from New York City, quickly positioned himself with partners (William Simon, Don Zeigler & Tony Perry) to create DAF Productions, which filled a large entertainment void in Northern Virginia. With eleven years of entertainment experience under its belt and over thirty years of practical business experience this organization of outstanding individuals, evolved into The DAF Entertainment Group (Lacey Haley, Gloria Washington, Marion Haley & Tony Perry) and is a shining example of a company maximizing it’s knowledge base and expertise to provide top-notch entertainment.

Saying what they do and doing what they say, The DAF Entertainment has a long list of professional and social entertainment endeavors that include:

• The AfterWork Jazz Concert Series summer 2002; AfterWork Reggae Series 2003 both at the Hyatt Dulles Hotel. The AfterWork Jazz Concert Series 2004, 2005 at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner.
  
• Quarterly Hotel Parties: Summer White Affair – July 1997, The Event of the Year – April 1998 & Caribbean Style – August 1998, Marcus Johnson in Concert – April 2000, Website Release Party – August 2000.
  
• Weekly Events: Super Saturday’s @ Mr. Smith's of Georgetown – spring 1997, Thursday Night Jazz @ Basin St. – summer 1998, Thursday Night Patio Parties @ The Hyatt Fair Lakes – summer 1999 and Thursday Night Jazz Sessions @ The Hyatt Fair Lakes.
  
• New Year’s Events: 2^nd Annual New Year’s Eve Celebration – December 1996, The Ultimate New Year’s Eve Gala – December 1998 & One Night In a Millennium – December 1999, The Real Millennium – December 2000, New Years Eve Gala at the Hilton Hotel - December 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004.

DAF Entertainment while in it’s pioneering stage focused on building a reputation by providing up-scale entertainment to Northern Virginia. In addition, we have widened our focus to provide services on a personal level.

DAF Entertainment Group provides a unique formula in entertainment by appealing to sight, sound and emotion through Fashion Shows, Live Entertainment, Comedy Shows,

Musical Variety by top DJs and Atmosphere furnished by the area’s finest hotels, restaurants and locations.

DAF Entertainment Group knows that one of life’s greatest gifts is the ability to give and our mission is to provide management, moral support, leadership and charity to our community.

DAF Entertainment Group’s objective is to establish an environment where networking and our support of similar positive organizations, become natural expectations.
