Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how DAF Entertainment Group collects, uses and safeguards the personal information you provide to us on our site.

 Information collected online.

 We will collect the e-mail address and mailing address that is voluntarily provided.

 How your information is being used.

 The information that is provided will be used to inform our client base of future events that we produce and/or are associated with.

 Opting-out of the collected information.

 If at any time an individual or group desires to be removed from the e-mail list or mailing list a written notification must be rendered. Once a written request to be removed from our listing has been received you will be notified in a timely manner.

 Client service process.

 Privacy policy will be available on our Web site. Contact names and phone numbers for further inquiries about our privacy policy and what it means, will also be available on the Web site. Updates and changes regarding client information can be made using the same process.

 Security.

 NTS 2000 web server is running Windows 2000 Advanced Server with SP 1. To secure this web server we have taken following Microsoft security recommendations: All drives are formatted in NTFS, file permissions are lock down, turn off 8.3 name generation, remove OS/2 and posix subsystems, set password length to min 9 alfa/numeric characters, rename administrator account, remove remote access to registry, disable ftp and smtp and all other requirements. NTS 2000 uses FrontPage security to post and update the web site.

 Revisions to privacy policy.

 We reserve the right to update our privacy policy. Any and all revisions will be posted and dated to our Web site.
